How can I track my order?

The easiest way to track your order is through the Makro app.

  • Go to Orders and see the current status immediately.
  • Enable push notifications and automatically receive a notification with the delivery time on delivery day.

You can also find your order under My Orders when you're logged in to the Hospitality Delivery Service.
