How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order status is "Placed", you can cancel it via your customer account. If the status is "Processing", you can request cancellation by contacting customer service via the contact form. Please select the appropriate reason and include your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is in progress. If the status is "Shipped", cancellation is no longer possible. As a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal. Contact customer service and follow the retailer's cancellation policy. Some retailers also offer this right to business customers. Check the retailer's terms to confirm.
