How can I grant an employee access to my customer account?

As a business customer, you can grant employees access to your webshop account. To do this, open your business account and click "Authorize employees". You can invite employees by adding their email address and clicking "Send invitation". Your employee will be notified by email. 


Once your employee accepts the invitation and registers on the marketplace, you can finalize the authorization in the "Authorize employees" menu. By default, employees can only make and manage purchases on behalf of your company. 


If you change the setting to "Admin", your employee can also:

  • Add a new address
  • Edit an address
  • Delete an address
  • Set the default delivery/invoice address
  • Edit business details
  • Invite other employees
