What does the "Switch company" field mean in my customer account?

If you registered as a business customer and have multiple company accounts linked to the same email address, you can switch between them. Simply click "Switch company" and select the account you want to use for shopping. 


Note: your order history will only show orders from the selected account. 


Business accounts with previous private orders can access their private order history via Customer Self Service.


Note: Once a private account is converted to business, placing orders as a private customer is no longer possible.

To place private orders, create a new account with a separate email address.
