Why do I see a double charge on my bank account?

For some orders, we perform a pre-authorization, which temporarily reserves the full order amount on your credit card or bank account. The actual payment is processed once the seller confirms shipment. This does not mean you are charged twice, but some banks show two separate transactions: one for the reservation and one for the actual payment. If in doubt, please contact your bank.
