Delivery is arranged at customer service. You can choose from Basic, Easy or Deluxe. Below you can see the differences. Enquire at customer service about the options.
Delivery BASIC (standard delivery)
Your purchase will be delivered to the first threshold of your home or office building. Pallets will be unloaded next to the vehicle and delivered as far as possible using a pallet truck. White goods will be delivered in their packaging over the first threshold on the ground floor.
Delivery EASY (service request / additional delivery)
Your purchase will be delivered to the location of your choice in your office, home, or garden on the ground floor, or on an upper floor accessible only by lift.
White goods are unpacked, and packaging material is taken back. Transport bolts are not removed. American refrigerators are delivered UP TO the first threshold on the ground floor. Large (tall) refrigerators or fridge/freezer combinations are not delivered over stairs into your home.
Delivery DELUXE
Your purchase will be delivered to the location of your choice in your office, home, or garden, via stairs exclusively up to a maximum of the 2nd floor (e.g. attic).
White goods on a floor with stairs are delivered by 2 employees. White goods are unpacked, and the packaging material is taken back with them. American refrigerators are delivered UP TO the first threshold on the ground floor. Large (tall) refrigerators or fridge/freezer combinations are not delivered over stairs into your home.
Deliveries take place exclusively in the Netherlands and in the border regions of Germany and Belgium.
