Report to the Service Desk at the Makro/Metro branch you are visiting with your Makro card.
Make sure you have the following information with you:
- Your ID.
- An extract from the Chamber of Commerce showing that you are the owner/legal representative of the company. An authorization from the owner/legal representative is also sufficient.
- Your Makro card.
