Home service?

Once the return period has passed, we will attempt to repair the item. We roughly distinguish between large and small items. For large items that don't fit in your car (such as a washing machine, refrigerator, or TV of 50 inches or more), home service is often available. To request home service, contact our customer service at 0900 20 25 300. Have your purchase invoice and serial number ready, otherwise we cannot register the item.
