Can I get a VAT refund if I export to a country outside the EU?

According to our terms and conditions, goods ordered via MAKRO Webshop are only shipped to addresses within the Netherlands. Delivery is considered complete once the goods arrive at the Dutch address. If you then transport the goods to another country, this is done at your own initiative and responsibility. Therefore, we cannot reimburse VAT for subsequent international transport.
