What should I consider when returning an item? What is the return deadline?

Modified on Tue, 30 Sep at 2:46 PM

As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal that you can exercise within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a withdrawal notice to the seller.

Request a return in your customer account or follow the seller’s cancellation policy to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also find more information in our FAQ "How can I request a return?"

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after that.

Some sellers also offer the right of withdrawal to business customers. Further details on whether and under what conditions you are granted a right of withdrawal as a business customer can be found in the seller’s withdrawal policy. Exchanges/returns outside the withdrawal period are only possible in case of defective goods.
