My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Take photos of the product from all angles, including the top, so the damage is clearly visible. Also include pictures of the packaging and packing materials. Then contact the responsible seller and attach the photos along with a detailed description of the damage. To do this, log in to the marketplace, click on "Orders" in the top right, select the relevant order, and click "Contact seller" next to the damaged item. The responsible seller will contact you as soon as possible to explain the next steps.


Please note: transport damage must be reported within 7 calendar days for DHL deliveries and within 48 hours for PostNL.
