Some sellers have already included a return label in the package, which you can use for the return.
If that's not the case, you can request a return through your customer account. Log in. If you're already logged in, click the top right of your account.
Then select "Purchases/Invoices" and Online Shop. Click the three dots next to the relevant product to select the "Return product" option. Then follow the instructions. Your request will then be reviewed by the seller, and you will receive further return details by email. Also check the FAQ for return information and deadlines.
