Do I incur costs when returning goods?

I. For products sold by MAKRO:

1. For consumers:
   If you are a consumer and exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal, you bear the return shipping costs to Makro as outlined in the cost overview below. These costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.
2. For business customers:
   Makro reserves the right to grant a right of withdrawal to business customers under the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• The product is unused.
• The product is undamaged.
• The product is complete.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (see overview below).
• Testing or trying the item is considered usage, and Makro reserves the right to grant a right of withdrawal to business customers.

        3. Return costs:

• Standard parcel shipping: 8.35 EUR
• Bulky items: 29 EUR

II. For products sold by other vendors:

Refer to the terms and conditions or the withdrawal policy of the respective vendor to determine whether you are responsible for return shipping costs. A link to this policy can be found on the product detail page.
