Can I return an item?

Returning an item is possible under the following conditions:

• The original purchase invoice is available (digital or physical).
• The item is undamaged, unused, and complete.
• The packaging is original and not damaged.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Fresh products such as meat, fish, or vegetables.
• Frozen products.
