When am I entitled to a warranty claim?

Modified on Tue, 30 Sep at 3:15 PM

By law, you are entitled to file a warranty claim if the product you received is defective. This includes damage, missing parts, or incorrect quantities. In such cases, you are entitled to repair or replacement. If neither is possible, you may return the product and receive a refund. In some cases, you may also be entitled to compensation.

Warranty claims for business customers may be limited. The extent of your rights as a business customer can be found in the vendor's terms and conditions. If you believe the product you received is defective, please contact the responsible vendor immediately.
